A small but cosy wellness oasis with a sauna can be found in the basement of the ‘Three Brothers. III’ accommodation. Up to 10 guests will find enough space here to relax and regenerate.

Bring the vacation home! We harness much of what nature and our animals give us into pure, healthy, tasty food products. Syrups, honey, jams and delicacies from regional suppliers can be found in our feel-good area’s gourmet cupboard.
Gourmet basket
Let us cook for you. Because homemade food tastes the best, we offer gourmet baskets available to order three times a week. Pick different dishes prepared by us, and heat them in your own kitchen. Place your order by 11am to get your delivery straight to your fridge during the day.

Cancellation conditions
Inform us in good time so that we can possibly re-let the flats, in which case you will not incur any cancellation fees. Please understand that we will have to charge you for the damage we have incurred if the flats remain empty.
Cancellation costs in accordance with Austrian hotel contract conditions:

Arrival
The booked flat is free for you from 4 pm. To ensure that this works for everyone, we ask that you vacate the flat by 10 am on your departure.
